At Nuvio Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and in unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
